E-Learning education in confectionery

Abstract
The upward trend of the confectionery industry has created the need for skilled personnel. The aim of this work was to study the pastry arts education with the use of new technologies and promote the benefits of distance learning. For the implementation of education used the email which is sent through the educational material and teleconferences with which resolved the questions trainees. The qualitative research was used to capture the experience of trainees showed improved knowledge of employees in quality assurance and quality manufactured products and to create innovative products.
