Assessment and Evaluation of ten years implementation of educational programs for students of ODL based on “field trip”
Abstract
During the past ten years the author of this paper, Tutor in Hellenic Civilization of the Hellenic Open University (HOU) since 2002 and of the Open University of Cyprus (OUC) in 2011-2012, implemented with her students educational programs based on “field trip”. The reasons that led to the adoption of this policy, the way the programs were drawn and materialized, and the evaluation results constitute the subject of this paper.
