Εξ αποστάσεως επιμορφωτική παρέμβαση σε εκπαιδευτικούς Α/θμιας Εκπαίδευσης με θέμα Κριτικός Αναστοχασμός: Συνδυάζοντας θεωρία και πράξη
Abstract
The purpose of this presentation is to present a distance learning intervention to a group of 10 teachers of Primary Education, which was formed informally, due to the need of its members to exchange views and practices regarding the role that teachers’ critical reflection plays in addressing issues of everyday school reality effectively. In this training intervention, a visual work of art, a case study and a simulation were utilized as triggers for highlighting both the everyday issues that modern teachers face regarding their pedagogical role, as well as the need to approach these issues by activating their critical reflection. The nature of this distance training intervention and the polymorphic educational material utilized were the impetus for the creation of an informal online community of practice, where its members would have the opportunity to reflect on issues of their common work experience, as well as to exchange good educational practices and knowledge.
