Abstract

Learners and educators use Web 2.0 tools in order to exchange ideas, knowledge, and information, to enhance collaboration, active participation and openness to the international community of education. Educational Television meets digital era and links in learners and their communities. It transforms in a multimedia environment, linked in social media and provides the tools in order learners and educators would be able to develop their collaborative projects. The goals, the projects as case studies and the preliminary results of Educational Television 2.0 are presented in this paper one year after the experiment of its digital transition.
