Abstract
This article presents a primary school teacher training programme in work plan methodology implemented in School Activity programmes focused on Health Education. In an adult training programme, it is important that the active participation of trainees in the learning process should be promoted, their experiences and knowledge utilized and the trainer-trainee relationships based on immediacy, honesty and cooperation. Consequently, a decisive factor in adult education is the role of the trainer, in terms of both their ability to take into account adult learning principles and characteristics of the group of trainees in the design and implementation of the programme, and their communication, collaborative and organizational skills. For these attributes to apply, when designing an adult training programme the trainer must to take into account adult learning principles, use educational techniques that enhance active learning, correctly utilize supervisory tools and educational space and apply the principles of communication. The evaluation of the program was based on the direct observation and the experience of the trainers, aiming at the localization of the divergences, and also on the processing of open questions via the electronic platform wiki.
