Abstract
This study deals with the investigation of positive and negative elements of a distance learning program for enterprises. Specifically, the issue relates to the identification of those elements that prevented adult learners to seamlessly watch a program remotely distance training program. Furthermore, this work studies and those elements that could motivate learners to participation and monitoring of such distance programs. Finally, we present a model program for all adult learners who work in enterprises at a distance.
