Abstract
Each stakeholder in education understands differently quality issues. A common ground of discussion has to be evolved and a way to transform this into action. This article inquires the teaching experience at a distance education university as a way to highlight the teachers’ view on issues related to quality enhancement in teaching and learning processes in such a context. A teachers feedback questionnaire is used in order to collect data from the Hellenic Open University as a case study. The first results are presented and discussed here.
