Καλές Πρακτικές στην Εξ Αποστάσεως Εκπαίδευση και εκπαιδευτικό σενάριο
Abstract
The adult educator carries a complex role, which is characterized by success when all learners have built a relationship of trust with each other and with him, so as to be led to the learning outcome they desire. This paper studies the good practices that should be adopted by adult educators in the context of the implementation of an educational program and, through its structure, analyzes the techniques and attitude that should be adopted in order to achieve a sound communication framework between participants. Reference is made to the criteria that contribute to the formation of an environment that operates under the perspective of effective communication between instructor and trainees. Also, a good educational practice in a distance learning environment within the framework of a postgraduate program is analyzed and finally an educational scenario in distance learning is structured.
