Abstract
In the 21st century, the use of New Technologies is widely spread and certainly it couldn’t be excluded from the school environment. New Technologies are a valuable tool for all teachers and particularly for the foreign language educator who is not confined to using the text book alone, and who certainly keeps abreast of developments in both schools and society. In our attempt to prove that students’ usage of New Technologies – a total of 55 Junior High School students of second and third year in English and French – could reveal their skills and capabilities and mobolize the various learner types (visual, auditory and kinesthetic), in order to boost their participation in the learning process, we have implemented three software: Quizlet, Pixton and PhotoStory 3. Through the use of such tools, various learning types could listen, read, intervene, comment, and turn the foreign language learning into a fruitful, interactive and creative learning environment.
