Ανάπτυξη ενός εκπαιδευτικού Chatbot Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης για τη διδασκαλία και εκμάθηση ξένης γλώσσας
Abstract
This article presents the creation and evaluation of an innovative educational chatbot, “Nora,” designed to support the learning of French as a foreign language in a university context. The tool is based on mobile learning and microlearning principles, delivering short, targeted content and offering personalized learning opportunities through artificial intelligence. A qualitative study was conducted via three focus group interviews involving 44 students. Findings revealed positive student engagement with the tool, highlighting its practical usefulness, its contribution to learner autonomy, intrinsic motivation, and increased language confidence.
