Abstract
The social learning and teaching patterns are increasingly applied in online education. The educational community needs implemented examples to determine their effectiveness in comparison to the models based on individual effort. The online course "Creativity in the Classroom " developed by the Inter-Orthodox Center of the Church of Greece, is an implementation of the Learning Together (LT) model and it was implemented in conjunction with the principles of Gagne's, Briggs' and Wager's instructional design and the taxonomy of teaching activities under the Dialog Plus. The progressive cooperation and interaction among learners , who were educators of all disciplines and levels of education was pursued in this course. Important success factor of the course were the trainers who coordinated and evaluated the workgroup progress.
