Abstract

Open Knowledge is one of the most important requests in the modern digital era. Especially in educational environments of distance learning where access in knowledge is often limited by various constraints, Open Educational Knowledge is a crucial need not only as knowledge asset but under a strong demand of a method validating the content to resolve trustworthiness issues.
In this paper we develop a model of publishing knowledge with the content produced by this same community that seeks for precise and trustworthy information in certain context.
The web 2.0 tools along with the semantic web dynamics (i.e. ontologies) can reveal the importance of generating content in the e-learning processes facilitating all the activities in distance learning.
