Blended learning application potential in a Merchant Marine Academy
Abstract
This case study refers to the design and implementation of blended learning activities in a Merchant Marine Academy, in an environment without the necessary technical infrastructure and trained staff to support web based learning. The results of this research suggest ways of overcoming the aforementioned problems.
