Abstract
Modern learning environments show a high frequency of use of digital tools based on virtual technologies. The educational process is transformed into a playful and experiential one, with remarkable results by using three-dimensional representations of authentic environments via secure virtual reality experiments and the new teaching strategy in reverse order (flipped classroom). The present paper attempts to explore the application of Unity 3d game engine in combination with reverse orientation class of students with disabilities. The research interest focuses on the results of a survey conducted in 20 pupils with special educational needs, 18-25 years old, of the Model Industrial Unit Lakkias of Thessaloniki, in the Informatics lesson from the teacher of class Loufi Maria Erialnta.
