Περίληψη
H χρήση του peer e-mentoring για την επιμόρφωση και συνεργασία νηπιαγωγών αποτελεί στην Ελλάδα μια καινοτόμα εκπαιδευτική πρακτική. Η παρούσα έρευνα διεξήχθη με σκοπό να μελετήσει τα οφέλη μιας ομάδας νηπιαγωγών από την συμμετοχή τους σε ένα πρόγραμμα peer e-mentoring. Για έξι εβδομάδες (16/1-24/2/2017) πέντε νηπιαγωγοί που συμμετείχαν σε ένα πρόγραμμα peer e-mentoring, συναντιόταν μέσω της υπηρεσίας της τηλεδιάσκεψης του ΠΣΔ αλλά παράλληλα επικοινωνούσαν και με άλλους τρόπους (τηλεφωνικά, με mail, viber) με σκοπό την αλληλεπίδραση και την ανταλλαγή απόψεων για το περιεχόμενο και την πορεία των μαθημάτων που αφορούσαν το καινοτόμο πρόγραμμα της διδασκαλίας της αγγλικής γλώσσας στο νηπιαγωγείο με την χρήση των ΤΠΕ. Η οργάνωση του πλαισίου του προγράμματος έγινε από την peer e-mentor ενώ το περιεχόμενο των μαθημάτων και ο σχεδιασμός της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας συντελέστηκε με την ενεργή συμμετοχή των mentees. Στο τέλος του προγράμματος peer e-mentoring, οι συμμετέχοντες με ατομικές συνεντεύξεις κατέθεσαν την εμπειρία τους. Τα ευρήματα της έρευνας ήταν ενθαρρυντικά και αποδεικνύουν ότι το peer e-mentoring μπορεί να αναδειχτεί σε μία πολύ αποτελεσματική πρακτική που μπορεί να βοηθήσει την επαγγελματική και συναισθηματική ανάπτυξη των νηπιαγωγών μειώνοντας την επαγγελματική τους απομόνωση .
