Abstract
This study explores the integration of Remote Sensing into secondary education through an innovative teaching proposal in the subject of Geology-Geography. The approach incorporates the study of satellite imagery, the use of Remote Sensing tools, and hands-on activities designed to introduce young students to the fundamental concepts and applications of this science. The pilot implementation revealed the strong interest of participating students and teachers in remote observation, while highlighting challenges in more complex activities. In this context, Remote Sensing is proposed as an educational resource for cultivating spatial literacy and familiarizing students with applications that are already integral to everyday life.
