Abstract

Teaching of Chemistry in the first year of high school is crucial for students' understanding of fundamental scientific concepts and scientific thinking. Traditional teaching methods often fail to encourage active student participation and deeper comprehension. To address this, many educators seek innovative approaches, such as gamification. This study examines the effectiveness of three teaching interventions incorporating gamification and digital tools, compared to traditional teaching methods. The results indicate that innovative methods can enhance students' understanding and engagement, enriching their learning experience.
