Abstract

The present work describes an EU-funded project that aims at equipping scientists and science communicators with knowledge and skills necessary to engage the public in  personally-meaningful concepts and actions related to climate change. The project is a collaboration among research groups from five European academic institutions specialized in STEM education and science communication. The project provides a set of readily available materials that will be implemented and tested in various EU contexts and might serve as an example of good practices connected to engaging the public with concepts related to climate change.
