Abstract

The migratory phenomenon takes a huge part in many sectors of any society as it is multifaceted and multilayered. It is a phenomenon inherent in human evolution, quite complex and is part of society, economy, politics and culture of each nation and state. It is undeniable today that rapid developments in the migration issue has raised a major social phenomenon, the treatment of which is resultant of many factors. The lifelong learning education can play an important role that immigrants if they enter our country to join in the most painless way possible and progress in the labor market, a process associated with inequality and social exclusion. The Lifelong Learning requires respect for diversity and the other demonstrates the acceptance of both the origin, racial differences, values, beliefs and skills. In this paper we will focus on the incentives that push migrants to participate in the programs of adult education. The needs and motives are determined based on a group characteristic, are a prominent issue in the design and implementation of a training program / group for adults. The educational needs of socially vulnerable groups, individual factors (experiences, personal experiences, obligations, expectations, personality), educational (school failure, dropout, negative attitudes towards learning), social (interactions, expansion, creation of social relations) labor factors (biases, employment, social policy, resources). It becomes imperative nowadays the design and implementation of state actors or adult education programs targeting socially vulnerable group of migrants.
