Abstract
Public debts and public deficits are the main current problems for economic policy and economic planning. The public debts and public deficits are usually connected and derived by the production decrease. The high public deficits are leading to the high public debts and consequently the huge public deficits and public debs are the main cause for economic instability and stagnation. The public fiscal policy and the monetary policy are the main tools of economic policy and they are the main determinants for the competitiveness and the growth levels. This particular articles aiming to analyze and to examine the evaluation of the public deficit, the public debts in relation to the growth process and to the exploitation of the available human resources for EU with particular emphasis for the Greek economy.
