Η επιχειρηματικότητα μέσα από τα μάτια των νέων: επιλογή δημιουργίας ή επιβίωσης;
Abstract
Entrepreneurship exercises a dynamic influence on the countries’ long-term developmental prospects. The paper aims at evaluating youth entrepreneurial dynamics and at designating interventions that enable their further enhancement. The approach involves the analysis of the findings of a survey contacted among university students. The primary objectives of the paper are, on one hand, to investigate the attitudes, the perceptions and the motives of students regarding entrepreneurship, and, on the other hand, to define the levels of the willingness to and the feasibility of a future entrepreneurial engagement. The survey was conducted with the use of an online questionnaire, while SPSS version 25 was used for descriptive statistics and reliability analysis. The data analysis showed the students’ positive attitude regarding entrepreneurship, as well as their conviction that they combine the appropriate knowledge, skills, motivation and self-confidence, thus being prepared for a potential entrepreneurial involvement.
