Εκπαίδευση, Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό και Τοπική Ανάπτυξη: Μια Μελέτη Περίπτωσης για την Ελληνική Οικονομία στην ΕΕ
Abstract
Education is one of the key factors contributing to the development of human capital and, by extension, to economic growth and social development of a country. Greece has an extremely rich human capital and the main goal to prioritize is to capitalize on human resources (Brain-Gain) as well as to reduce human resource migration (Brain-Drain), so that they can become key factors and "axes" of a country's economic growth. This article attempts, through a bibliographic review and an analysis of the relevant data, to examine and analyze the impact of the utilization of human resources, as well as the outcomes and prospects which can be derived for the development process of the Greek economy in Member States of the Eurozone. Furthermore, this article attempts to capture and present the results and perspectives of the utilization of human resources in the issues related to the economic crisis and the development process for the Eurozone members with particular emphasis on Greek economy.
