Abstract
This research uses the smart mobile devices for teaching multiplication in Kindergarten children as an alternative teaching tool support and learning, according to the principles of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). Also, it develops educational digital applications, based on the model of levels for the teaching of multiplication according to RME theory. Adopting the view that smart mobile devices should be an important component of pre-school teaching approaches, we associate the learning area of Mathematics and ICT according to the curriculum for the Kindergarten. The results showed that the use of smart mobile devices in kindergarten level has a positive effect on their mathematical performance.
