Η εισαγωγή του e-mentoring ως θεσμού υποδοχής-υποστήριξης των νεοεισερχόμενων εκπαιδευτικών στην πρωτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση: Μια μελέτη περίπτωσης
Abstract
Τhis quantitative case study explores the views on e-mentoring in relation to the face-to-face, the reception and support of new entrant teachers within the public-sector schools. The sample was 155 people with nonprobability sampling from the study population of approximately 350 new entrant teachers in primary education in Ilia, Greece (2014-2017). Pearson's chi-squared (χ²) and Spearman's rho were used at significance level α = 0.05. As a result: a) most have both lack of knowledge of the legislation and the procedure of support-evaluation, b) the technical skills are more effective in relation to the administration as far as the introduction of e-mentoring, c) most disagree with the e-mentoring, d) most wouldn’t choose e-mentoring because they don't consider it as more effective one and e) the sample is homogeneous. It is proposed to create a pilot e-mentoring program and study on open learning methods in the public sector.
