Abstract
This paper delineates the development and implementation of a comprehensive non-formal educational intervention designed to enhance students' engagement with meteorological principles. Focusing on visits to the Meteorological Station of the Department of Meteorology and Climatology, School of Geology, AUTH, the intervention is structured into three distinct phases: pre-visit preparation, in-situ familiarization with measurement instrumentation, and post-visit experiential consolidation. Through guided activities involving instrument interaction and graphic interpretation via collaborative worksheets, students cultivate essential skills in teamwork, observation, data analysis, and critical thinking.
