Abstract
The present study focuses on the investigation of the difficulties pre-service teachers face while designing their own Inquiry Based teaching material. According to the research results, the difficulties are related to poor teaching goals formulation, weakness on being inquiry-oriented, and to following the phases of Inquiry-Based model.
