Abstract

This paper focuses on the teaching proposal for the presentation of the properties of ethyl alcohol (ethanol) through the application of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) methodology in the teaching of Chemistry in the second grade of high school. The aim is to promote interdisciplinary learning and develop skills such as observation, analysis, experimentation and synthesis of new knowledge.
