Abstract

The purpose of the project is the design, development and evaluation of a digital Branching Scenario aimed at Primary Education students. In particular, the scenario refers to the waste problem and the steps to be followed for its proper management, through the use of the "9R" principles. The five stages of the ADDIE process (Analysis, Planning, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) were applied for the development of the scenario. To evaluate the digital Scenario, interviews with 170 primary school students and 19 teachers were conducted and quantitative data from its implementation were also retrieved. The results are expected to enrich our knowledge about the quality and usefulness of digital branching scenarios in waste management education.
