Abstract
This study presents the design, development and evaluation of a Teaching Learning Sequence (TLS) for the teaching of heredity in high school by a group of life scientists-educators with a high educational level. The evaluation was carried out by completing a questionnaire for each sub-unit of the educational material. The results highlighted the value of the TLS for teaching this content and recorded minor problems that will be taken into consideration in the next cycle of the TLS design.
