Abstract
In the present research, the learning pathways of k3-k4 students are investigated for the effects caused by converging lenses on the propagation of light from self-illuminated and hetero-illuminated objects. It was applied to 4 students under the “Teaching Experiment” method. The results show that students recognize the convergence of light as a process that takes place through a converging lens but have difficulty both attributing it to the shape of the lens and relating it to the creation of inverted images
