Psychological resilience is emerging as a critical factor influencing leadership effectiveness in the era of sustainable development. Sustainable development, which focuses on the balance between economic growth, social well-being and environmental protection, requires optimistic leaders with courage and resilience. This article examines the role of mental resilience in sustainable development and the implementation of its goals. Resilient leaders effectively face challenges and achieve their goals. Psychological resilience emerges as a critical leadership skill that enables leaders to adapt to changing conditions and maintain a long-term perspective. In this study, we explore the role of resilient leadership, highlighting the value of psychological resilience as a driver for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the new era for humanity and sustainability.
