Τέχνη, Τεχνολογία και Κοινότητα: Ενσωμάτωση AI για την αειφόρο προώθηση της Κρητικής Διατροφής
Abstract
Technology offers opportunities to develop sustainable solutions to address the challenges of environmental sustainability. However, educators face barriers in training to promote Cretan nutrition. The aim of this study is to explore ways in which artificial intelligence (AI) technology can improve access to lifelong learning and facilitate social mobility through education and training. To achieve this, sustainable environmental strategies that can be implemented through community education are explored, using art as a universal form of communication. The methodology used involved the use of RGT repertoire grids in a secondary school in Heraklion, focusing on the analysis of the concepts of enjoyment, participation and the development of skills and knowledge in the community. Interviews with students confirmed the ability to create a dynamic learning community that effectively transfers knowledge and encourages reflection between parents and teachers.
