Οι Αντιλήψεις των Εκπαιδευτικών Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης του Νομού Λασιθίου για τον Ρόλο των Τμημάτων Ένταξης στην Πρωτοβάθμια Εκπαίδευση
Abstract
The inclusion departments play a catalytic role in the inclusion of students with special educational needs in society as well as in the school environment, with both special and general education teachers taking responsibilities and collaborating, to implement the specialized and individualized programs within the integration department. This work aims to explore the views of Lasithi Prefecture Education and the proposals to improve the institution. The study involved 60 teachers in the county. The results of the survey highlighted the positive attitude of teachers towards the operation of the integration departments, as well as specialization in special education that plays an important role in the successful operation of the Integration Department. In addition, teachers' views on improving the institution are summarized in 4 pillars: the training that teachers must receive, the framework of schools with specialized staff, support from the ministry with specialized logistical infrastructure and the inclusion in the general order.
