Abstract

The workshop will familiarize the participating teachers with a variety of free GenAI tools that can be used in the field of natural sciences. At the beginning of the workshop, teachers will become familiar with the fundamental principles of prompting as GenAI chatbots use them. Examining illustrative applications will give them insight into the potential applications of such tools in their daily preparation and teaching practice. This will allow them to see, through experiential learning, how GenAI can facilitate effective natural science teaching.
