Abstract
This paper presents the results of a survey of high school students that aimed to capture their views on the teaching of exercises based on real-life data. Students were taught this type of exercises alongside the textbook exercises and then asked to record their opinions based on a questionnaire developed for this purpose. The sample of the survey was 50 high school students from rural areas. The results showed that the majority of students have a positive attitude about this category of exercises which they consider interesting and useful for a deeper understanding of the Science of Physics.
