Περίληψη

Η μελέτη διερευνά την ανάπτυξη της ταυτότητας STEM διδασκαλίας εκπαιδευτικών φυσικών επιστημών, με έμφαση στη διδασκαλία της κλιματικής αλλαγής. Δεκατρείς εκπαιδευτικοί πρωτοβάθμιας και δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης συμμετείχαν σε κοινότητες μάθησης, όπου σχεδίασαν και εφάρμοσαν STEM διδακτικές ενότητες. Τα δεδομένα συλλέχθηκαν μέσω συνεντεύξεων, αναστοχαστικών ημερολογίων και σχεδίων διδασκαλίας. Η μελέτη αποκαλύπτει μεταβάσεις σε πτυχές της ταυτότητας διδασκαλίας που αφορούν γνώσεις πρακτικές και πεποιθήσεις για τον ρόλο τους ως εκπαιδευτικών, παρέχοντας χρήσιμα δεδομένα για την επαγγελματική τους ανάπτυξη.
