Abstract
In this work we attempt the bibliographic exploration of those factors that influence the process of integrating foreign and repatriated students into our schools. Our goal is to trace the causes of a series of problems associated with the school course of these students. Inappropriate treatment, often leading them to marginalization and school exclusion. For this purpose, we focus on the institutional, scientific and pedagogical context in which the education of foreign and repatriated students of our country takes place. We also try to look at the peculiarities of immigrant pupils and the reasons that often lead them to school failure and social exclusion.
