Abstract

This work is a bibliographic review exploring how ADHD symptoms are managed in disorderly pupils as well as in the overall school classroom from the point of view of the general education officer of Primary Education. It aims to act as a brief and practical guide for teachers who are invited to offer their best in the educational process for all their students. The chapters contain an introduction that includes the analysis and explanation of the term ADHD as well as modern epidemiological data for this. This is followed by the epigraphic presentation of its nuclear symptoms, its types, the reference to its increased co-morbidity and the difficulties that arise as a consequence of this. It is particularly noteworthy that the role of the school, and especially of the classroom, in the life of the child with ADHD, His family. Finally, there is an extensive reference to educational practices and strategies whose implementation greatly improves the functionality of the student with ADHD.
