Abstract
In this paper we look at the case of charismatic children and their place in the field of education. Charismatic children have been given many definitions (national, special pedagogic, functional, clarifying), and charism, as it is called, was recognized after 34 years of effort. Several scientists, such as Renzulli, Gardner, Heller, tried to approach and define charisma and charismatic children. The aim of the research is to define the characteristics of charismatic children, the difficulties they face at each level, the causes and the education of these children. The practices of differentiated teaching and the flexible curriculum are criticized for the difficulty of assessing their application in the training of charismatic children. In conclusion, charismatic children or students, with high skills, need respect and respect not as a minority nor with an elitist attitude. The point is to see how many children are in need of customized training, whether they have a high perceptual ability or not. If they can acquire knowledge from a training tailored to their needs, a cross-curricular, enriching matter, adaptation of the curriculum, then education will be effective as it will meet their needs.
