Abstract
Teachers' occupational stress is a particularly important factor in the effectiveness of the educational process. It is a universal element that transcends the gender, age, educational level or hierarchical position of the instructor and touches on various dimensions of the individual. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the working tendency of primary education teachers and their levels of professional satisfaction. Work trends, depression, and illness can be considered as predictive indicators of the health status of special education therapists, as high levels of work stress and exercise are strongly associated with low levels of reported health-well-being and occupational satisfaction. Strategies-techniques for managing and responding to the trends of special education educators, both in the educational process by the teacher as a learning-in-school process and individually increase the levels of professional satisfaction, with the ultimate aim of improving the overall quality of education. .
