Ο ρόλος της Ηγεσίας στη Διαχείριση και Ανάπτυξη Ανθρώπινων Πόρων
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the role of Leaders in the implementation of human resources management practices and attempts, through an overview of relevant literature and articles, to provide more information on this role and to enlighten aspects of the relationship between Leadership and Human Resources Development. Given that Human Resource Development and Leadership are completely separate fields of research, which so far have not been adequately linked to the bibliography, a more integrated interface is proposed. Therefore, the need for Leadership development within an organization to be an organizational feature is emphasized, while consideration is given to the importance of Leadership development programs and the incorporation of other similar techniques and procedures into the day-to-day practices of the organization.
