Η μαθησιακή και εκπαιδευτική διαφορετικότητα στο νομικό πλαίσιο των Πειραματικών Σχολείων
Abstract
In recent years, there has been a growing debate over the role and operation of Experimental Schools. There are two opposing trends, one that emphasizes students' choice and high returns, and one that refers to the representativeness of the student population and to psycho-pedagogical research.
In this context, the legal framework for the operation of the Experimental Schools was formulated and, more specifically, specific provisions regarding the learning diversity in terms of pupil selection, the operation of student groups and charismatic pupils, but also the educational diversity through teacher selection and evaluation and the promotion of excellence. The purpose of this paper is to highlight these arrangements and how they are applied in practice.
Through the understanding of the legal framework, we are making proposals for the introduction and implementation and evaluation of innovations in the placement and operation of Experimental Schools with a view to their dissemination
