Abstract

This paper aims to explore the views and perceptions of teachers in relation to the use of New Technologies in teaching. New Technologies, according to the literature, have a leading role in education, so teachers' views on the issue are important. In the present study, a qualitative method was applied, and from the analysis of the answers it emerges that teachers introduce New Technologies to their teaching because they help students to develop knowledge and consider the logistical infrastructure and training necessary. They also experience positive feelings such as safety, joy, satisfaction, but also negative feelings such as fear of using ICT correctly and their students' reactions to their use of ICT in their teachings, hesitation to complete matter. In addition, they agree that the teacher is the coordinator, the regulator who helps the learner to learn effortlessly and creatively.
