Abstract

The phenomenon of child abuse within the family is an issue that is getting bigger in scale over the past few years. The fact that children who fall victim to abuse by their own family are due to a parental environment characterized by pathogenesis and multidisciplinary difficulties. The consequences of this phenomenon have a direct impact on the child's later life in a multitude of expressions of personality and behavior, leading to problematic social behavior, disturbed mental world, peculiar psychosocial development, negative impact on school performance, eventually turning it into a An adult experiencing difficulties in various aspects of his or her life. Generally, people with severe problems in their personal relationships, who have difficulty creating feelings of love and trust, have a tendency to abuse or delinquent behavior, have anxiety disorders, have problems of adaptability, cyclothymic feelings and mostly depression. Many times people who have been abused as children, as adults, become victims of abuse and abuse themselves in their children. The purpose of this suggestion is the theoretical approach to the main features of child abuse and, in conjunction with the recording of research data on this phenomenon, it will be better to clarify its increase in practical terms. In addition, it is attempted to study a case of a 14-year-old teenager who was the victim of domestic abuse, as well as the consequences for her psychosocial development and school performance due to the violence she suffered from her mother. Observations, conclusions, and strategies can play an auxiliary role in the work of an educator who is called upon to identify and cope with phenomena of similar content in his educational work.
