Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of coaching for people with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder and the strategies that are taking place in this intervention. Assistive Guidance is an intervention aimed at supervising the objectives of people with ADHD through co-operation with specialized mental health professionals. The findings of bibliographic research have shown that the secondary effects of ADHD on the individual are limited by supportive guidance as the individual is trained to gain control over his actions and better manage his feelings by recognizing the problems he causes by feedback from The Specialist for his behavior. Finally, according to the findings, Supporting Guidance is a constructive process of managing the problems related to ADHD, where the role of the Specialist is to promote the acceptance of the neurobiological nature of the problems through the Counseling and the structured and personalized program , To enable the person with ADHD to acquire motivations and strategies to optimize the use of his / her mental potential at a personal, educational and professional level.
