Abstract
It is a fact that the biological clock and biorhythms in general largely determine the daily life of students and their learning processes. The aim of this study was to explore students' views about their time, as well as how time is related to school attendance, but also the feelings they experience during their participation in the school program and extracurricular activities. The sample of the research consisted of students who attended schools of Secondary Education in the Prefecture of Kozani (n= 252 students). A printed structured questionnaire with 22 questions was chosen as the tool for data collection. The results of the research, lead to the finding that for the most effective management of school time should be taken into account the predominant importance of biorhythms in the teaching practice and in the educational reality. It is also important duration of sleep as well as its quality, because it is a crucial indicator of their performance.
