Περίληψη

The following research analyzes the normalization of far-right discourse through the media, with its incorporation into journalistic discourse. Specifically, it first presents some basic aspects of far-right discourse, examining AI-generated videos reproduced on TIK-TOK, focusing on migration issues. Next, attention is turned to the way in which the media reproduce arguments common to those of the far right. The analysis follows the logohistorical approach and the methodology of "topoi" to reveal their arguments and as well as through visual rhetoric. The research shows the way AI-generated content can be used for far-right propaganda. It also highlights the incorporation of such discourse into media discourse leading to its normalization. The aim is to reveal how discourse constructs the ideological substratum that allows the rise of the far right. It is noted that immigrants are presented through the lens of "us and them," while frequent references are made to conspiracy theories of ethnic replacement.
