Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη και Επικοινωνία στα Μουσεία: Προοπτικές και προκλήσεις
Περίληψη
Within the framework of the Fifth Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence is redefining the communicative role of museums, transforming them from static exhibition spaces into dynamic platforms of human-centered interactivity. This study conducts a systematic field review for the period 2021–2025, drawing on peer-reviewed literature sourced from the Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. The findings indicate that technologies such as recommendation systems, natural language chatbots, and computer vision enhance coherent narrative structures, multisensory and multilingual accessibility, as well as participatory real-time interaction. At the same time, critical challenges emerge, including the risk of narrative fragmentation, issues of data governance and GDPR compliance, algorithmic opacity, systemic biases, and organizational resistance. The proposed strategic framework is based on five fundamental pillars: coherent mission messaging, stakeholder inclusion, algorithmic transparency, responsible data management, and continuous evaluation of system life cycles. The study aims to balance technological innovation with democratic cultural mediation, within a framework of transparency and social accountability.
