HNPS2022 - Final Announcement

Dear Friends & Colleagues,

Thank you all for registering for the HNPS2022 Symposium, to be held at the end of the week.  We reach out with some final details:

Guidelines for presenters

We remind you that the final version of the Scientific Programme, as well as useful instructions for authors are available on our website. Those of you who contribute with an oral presentation are kindly requested to e-mail their presentation file to [email protected] by Thursday, October 6.

Arriving at “Karolos Papoulias” Conference Center (see also attached map)

Due to road works at Stavros Niarchos Avenue, the entrance to the University Campus has changed. As you are approaching the Campus by car, you should follow the road signs to “University/Hospital”. Once inside the Campus, follow the two yellow signs to “PEDINI (ΠΕΔΙΝΗ)” and then take the right turn to “Medical School (Ιατρική Σχολή)”. This should lead you to the parking lot of the Conference Center.

If you arrive to the Campus by bus or if you are staying at the Stavros Niarchos Dormitory, you may use the map to reach our venue (2-5 min walking distance). 

Symposium dinner

In order to accommodate the increased number of participants, the Symposium dinner has been rescheduled to take place at Frontzu Politia. The cost will be 30 € per person, to be paid cash at the Registration desk.

COVID19 guidlines

The Symposium no longer has a mask mandate; however, masking is an excellent way to keep the event safe and each other healthy. Thus, we encourage all attendees to wear a mask while indoors and/or in outside environments where it is difficult to maintain social distancing, unless actively eating or drinking.
