Submissions

Submission Preparation Checklist


As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration elsewhere for review or publication.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) file format.
  • The article follows the publication template and the author guidelines (fonts, line spacing, alignment, headings, abstracts, keywords, tables, images, figures, and references) which have been sent by email to all conference presenters.
  • The references follow the required citation style and, where available, DOIs/URLs have been provided for online sources.
  • The submission does not infringe upon third-party copyright. If images, tables, extended excerpts, or other third-party material are used, the author has obtained the necessary permission.
  • The text does not offend individuals, violate privacy, or contain material that defames or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
  • During the online submission process, all required metadata, such as title, abstract, keywords, and contributor details, must be completed accurately.

Author Guidelines


Authors are requested to follow the guidelines on structure, formatting and the preparation of bibliographic references included in the Full Paper Template, which has been sent by email to all conference presenters.

Articles


All abstracts and full papers submitted will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Accepted contributions will be included in the Conference Proceedings (to be published as open access).
